Intensives

The therapy intensive option is a powerful experience and often an efficient measure for deep exploration and profound relief. It is a treatment process tailored to your unique therapeutic needs, addressing multiple issues and goals within your treatment plan over a shorter time period than traditional sessions. During an intensive, your therapist will follow the natural wave of your nervous system and provide space for a complete equilibrium response, calling in for greater peace and resolution.

What is a Therapy Intensive?

A therapy intensive is an extended, immersive therapeutic experience designed to support deep personal exploration, healing, and transformation. Intensives typically last several hours or span multiple days, allowing for a spacious, in-depth process that goes beyond the scope of standard 50-minute sessions.

Therapy intensives may include a combination of:

  • Somatic psychotherapy

  • Psychedelic-assisted therapy

  • Meditation and mindfulness

  • Embodiment practices

  • Guided inner parts work

  • Breathwork

  • Reiki

  • Integration support for non-ordinary states of consciousness

  • Expressive arts, movement, or ritual

  • Trauma-informed processing and nervous system regulation

  • Forest Bathing/Nature Connection

All practices are tailored to your goals, intentions, and nervous system capacity, and created as a container with your provider. Intensive sessions also include preparation and integration support.
